Historia
Coffee from Risaralda, a region in the heart of Colombia's Coffee Belt, is known for its quality and exceptional flavors. Risaralda, along with Caldas and QuindÃo, is part of this coffee region declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2011.
Coffee farmers typically follow sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices. In addition, the wet processing process, where the coffee is pulped and washed before drying, is employed, contributing to the clean flavor profiles.
